VLMR GROUP
Privacy Policy
What this website processes, why it does so, and how to exercise your rights.
Controller and contact
The controller for this corporate website is VLMR Group s.r.o., Company ID 23397471, VAT ID CZ23397471, registered at Rybná 716/24, 110 00 Praha 1, Czech Republic. Commercial register: Municipal Court in Prague, file C 426399. Brand Pulse Agency is an operating brand of this company, not a separate controller for this website.
Please send privacy enquiries and rights requests by post to the registered office, marked “Personal data”. The published group email is info@vlmr-group.com; this mailbox is not operational yet. Please use the postal address until email service is available.
Browsing, delivery and security
Your browser sends technical request data to our hosting provider, Vercel Inc., to display and protect the website. This can include the IP address, requested URL, time, browser and operating-system information in request headers, referrer, response status and security events. Avoid putting personal or confidential information in page URLs.
The purpose is to deliver the requested pages, diagnose errors and prevent misuse. Our basis is the legitimate interest in operating a reliable, secure corporate website (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). We do not use these records for advertising or visitor profiling. Access to relevant operational records is restricted to people administering the website and the hosting provider.
Contact form and correspondence
The contact form is currently disabled. It does not send enquiries to an email provider. An attempted submission is refused by the application before the message body is read. The host still receives the network request. Typing in the form is handled in page memory; the application does not save drafts in browser storage.
When the form becomes available, it will ask for a name, email address and message; company and subject are optional. Those details will be used to handle the enquiry and related correspondence. For steps toward a contract requested by an individual, the intended basis is Article 6(1)(b); for general or business-representative correspondence, Article 6(1)(f), the interest in responding to relevant enquiries. It will not require consent to marketing.
You are not required by law to send an enquiry. Without a reply address and sufficient details we may be unable to respond. Do not send sensitive personal data or information unrelated to your enquiry. Email delivery providers, transfer arrangements and retention will be disclosed before activation. No enquiry is currently sent to an external email-delivery or spam-prevention provider.
Providers and international processing
Vercel Inc. hosts the website and processes request information to provide hosting and security. Its infrastructure and subprocessors may process data outside the European Economic Area, including the United States. A Frankfurt function region does not mean that all hosting data stays in the EU.
Vercel publishes a Data Processing Addendum for Pro and Enterprise services, including standard contractual clauses for applicable restricted transfers. Our hosting team uses Pro. These published terms describe Vercel’s safeguards; information about the safeguards relevant to your data can be requested from us at our registered office. No analytics, advertising, external font, map or video provider is loaded by this website.
A link to another website does not load that service until you follow it. That website then handles your visit under its own notice. We do not sell visitor information. Disclosure to public authorities may occur where a legal obligation applies.
How long information is kept
The application has no visitor database and does not store enquiry messages, full IP addresses or request bodies in its own logs. Hosting request and security records are handled by Vercel. Its published standard Pro runtime-log viewing window is one day; this is not a promise that every infrastructure, security or backup record is erased after one day. Provider retention also depends on the type of record, service operation, incident investigation and applicable legal obligations.
We use technical records only for delivery, fault diagnosis and security. If a record needs to be preserved to investigate a specific incident or establish a legal claim, retention must be limited to that purpose and reviewed when the incident or claim is resolved. The website does not implement a separate log archive.
No submitted-form or group-mailbox retention period applies while those channels remain inactive. Before enabling them, we will set and disclose retention criteria covering enquiry resolution, continuing correspondence and any justified legal obligations or claims. Browser cache durations are explained in the Cookie Policy.
Cookies and optional services
The current application sets no cookies and uses neither localStorage nor sessionStorage. It has no analytics, advertising pixels or fingerprinting. Language is selected through the page address. There is no optional processing to accept, so no consent banner is shown. The Cookie Policy contains the current technology inventory.
If optional services are introduced, their purposes, providers and retention will be disclosed before activation. You will be able to reject them, choose categories and withdraw consent from the footer. Rejecting optional services will not prevent access to the website.
Your rights
Depending on the processing and applicable conditions, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons relating to your situation. Where processing depends on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Use the postal contact above. Please describe your request and the relevant interaction with us. We may request only the additional information needed to establish your identity and locate the records. Requests are normally answered within one month; if an extension is permitted because of complexity or number of requests, we will explain it within that month. We do not require you to create an account.
You may lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), or another competent supervisory authority, including in your place of habitual residence or work. You do not need our permission or a completed complaint to us first.
Automated decisions and updates
This website does not make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects about visitors, and does not create marketing profiles. Automated security controls may limit suspicious requests to protect the service.
This notice describes the corporate website, not every separate service or project mentioned on it. We update it when processing changes and display its revision date. Where a new purpose needs consent, an updated notice alone will not count as your agreement.
